Do you offer refunds?

Bonnets, Fans & Necklaces: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you must notify us via email within 72 hours of your purchase. Unfortunately at this time we will not be accepting returns due to the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure the safety of our team and the cleanliness of our inventory. 

 Wigs: At this time we are not accepting returns nor exchanges. Please make sure you choose the correct hair before purchasing. 

How do I initiate a refund ?

The first step is to to email us at or contact customer service. Tell us the issue with your product and we will gladly assist you with instructions to send your fan, necklace or bonnet back as well as provide you with more information. Getting your refund can usually happen within 2 to 4 business days!

Do you pay for shipping costs to send the hair back?

No,  the customer is responsible for shipping costs and the shipping method you use to send the item back.
