Returns & Refunds

 Do you offer refunds?

If you are not satisfied with your item you must notify us within 72 hours of your purchase. Unfortunately due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we will not be accepting returns to ensure the safety of our team. However certain things can make your unit ineligible for a return.

What disqualifies a return?

  • Altering the texture of the hair, or the closure area
  • Any cutting, coloring, or processing of the unit and/or lace

 How do I initiate a return?

The first step is to to email us at Info@umalie.com or contact customer service. Tell us the issue with your unit and we will gladly assist you with instructions to send your hair back as well as provide you with more information. Getting store credit can usually happen within 3 to 4 business days!

Do you pay for shipping costs to send the hair back?

No,  the customer is responsible for shipping costs and the shipping method you use to send the hair back.

Is there a store location where I can pick up my unit or drop off my bundles for a custom unit?

Yes, Our store is located in Columbus, OH. You can avoid shipping costs by coming directly to the store, but please email us and schedule an appointment so we know to have your unit ready! Our address:
